I am sojourner, a man far, far away from home. I live life in a world that is not my own. I am an adopted son of the Most High, the God that is above all of the universe. Here I live for a short time, because I was born here and once was one of this world. Yet the Most High called me out of the world and chose me as a vessel of mercy, because I was undeserving and wretched before, deserving only to be thrown into fire and burned. But God, being rich in mercy, chose me, not because of anything I had done, but because of His glory, and set me apart for an honor beyond all I could ever imagine on my own.
Sojourner, one who is a temporary resident, a traveler, one who wanders in a land not his own.
"For this purpose I have raised you up, to show you my power, so that my name may be proclaimed in all the earth."
